Taking decisive action to make the world a better place is a noble pursuit, but identifying as an activist can cause you to constantly look for what’s wrong. This habit takes you out of balance quickly. When you’re identified as being a ‘fixer’ of problems, you actually need things to be ‘wrong’ just to maintain your sense of self. Compulsively driven, your intentions are rarely pure. Responding authentically to life and remembering that everything is for you, makes your motives balanced and clean.

And the results, profound.
